Michael McGregor is the Director of Program Management responsible for the development and management of specific BCAT® programs. Primarily, Michael is responsible for the 15 For Me® program which is an evidenced-based solution for employee turnover and stress reduction. Michael received his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University, is a Certified Exercise Expert for Older Adults as well as a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches for licensed healthcare professionals. Prior to working at BCAT®, he served as a Clinical Director for one of the nation’s largest contract rehab companies.
Michael is passionate about working with organizations and employees in incorporating a whole person approach to their wellness model, which recognizing and uses the employee’s own expertise about his/her life to drive their personal motivation for health behavior change. This approach allows the employees to better self-manage their health, health risk, and acute or chronic health conditions resulting in optimal wellness, improved health outcomes, lowered health risk, and decreased healthcare costs.
