Further, without Your consent, no third party will contact You using personally identifiable information You gave to Us through the Website.  Please note that these policies apply only to the content provided by Us and our Customers who may use our system may have other policies that are different.

Community Information and Blogs

Any information you share in any online community area (including personally identifiable information or patient information) like a posting, blog or online discussion is by design open to the public and is not private. You should think carefully before posting any personally identifiable information or patient information in any public forum.  Regarding patient information, you should adhere to the American Medical Association published privacy and anonymity policies.  In addition, state and federal laws, as well as ethical and licensure requirements may impose obligations with respect to patient confidentiality that may limit Your ability to receive, disclose or make use of patient information, including transmission of patient information to others.  You agree to comply with all laws that may directly or indirectly govern your retrieval, use, transmission, processing, receipt, reporting, disclosure or storage of patient information. 

Note what you post in any online community area can be seen, disclosed to or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we cannot control or predict, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes.
