Mazes are a popular cognitive activity.

They engage several brain structures and cognitive domains that can be good as brain fitness exercises. Sustained attention (concentration), visual tracking and visuospatial skills, and executive control are involved in this activity.

We have designed specific mazes that can be enjoyed by persons with different cognitive strengths.

We suggest choosing an "easy" one first, then progressing from there. Remember, for this cognitive activity to qualify as a brain fitness exercise, you should participate at a level that is challenging.
